Discover What We Are All About
At Pivot, we are passionate about helping professionals like you understand work as integral to mission. Through Christ-centered mentorship, connections, and resources, we create a space for you to dig into the meaning of that truth. We want to build a diverse community of spiritually vibrant leaders in Greater Austin, where you can develop meaningful connections and feel certain in God's purpose for your career.
Our aim is straightforward and heartfelt: to develop leaders who are passionate about helping Greater Austin flourish. This means bringing glimpses of heaven on earth through Spirit-led, sacrificially generous, and radically relational leadership.
Our city is beautiful yet broken, and it needs empathetic and bold leaders like you to make a difference. At Pivot, we offer you leadership growth opportunities where you can gain the compassion and skills needed to serve the marginalized and isolated in our city.

Together, we can be Christ-centered catalysts for change.

Get to Know Our Team
Steve Teng
Executive Director
You can often find Steve brainstorming and strategizing with Pivot members and local community leaders for redemptive work initiatives. His sense of vocation leads him to the intersection of faith, work, justice and mercy. He and his wife Anne have three children and count it a privilege to serve Austin.
TJ Morelli
Founder and Director of Community Engagement
TJ draws from his background in both the business world and pastoral ministry. He finds great joy in seeing people go from ‘black and white’ to ‘color’ in how they view their work in the city where God placed them. He and his wife, Rachel, have four children and they are thankful to call Austin home.
Susan Tolles
Director of Operations
Susan loves Austin deeply and dedicates her work to helping the city flourish. She aspires to leave a Jesus-shaped imprint on the city to make it a better place for the next generation. Susan and her husband Jim have called Austin home since they met while attending the University of Texas, and they are blessed to have their 3 children and 6 grandchildren living nearby.
Kristine Turner
Communications and Program Support
Kristine brings both her lived experience of integrating faith in the workplace and her gifts of intentional listening and compassion – cultivated through her nursing career. The way God uses small acts of faithfulness and boldness to build relationships and change workplace culture in Austin encourages and humbles her.
