Having a community of like-minded Christian’s who are also pursuing excellence and success at work (in a godly way) is huge. I have nothing else like that in my life and in this post-pandemic life where solitude became the norm, unproductive, societal dissent became common, and anxiety/depression [went] through the roof… Pivot was like a breath of fresh air.
